How many wears can I get out of your eyelashes?

You will be able to get up to 20 wears from our lashes, providing you remove any residue of glue from the lash band after each usage.

Are your products cruelty free and suitable for vegans?

All of our products are cruelty free and suitable for vegans, no animal products are used during the manufacturing process
The false eyelashes are too big for my eyes. What do I do?

Our lashes are made to an industry standard size but you can trim the lashes for a perfect fit. Hold them against your eyes first to work out how much to remove, then always trim from the outside edge.
How often do I need to change my false lashes?

This depends on the customer and your personal preference. Although if you have experienced any eye problems or infections, then we do not recommend reusing your lashes - it's best to dispose of them and wear a brand new set.
How do I clean my false lashes?

Be very careful when cleaning your handmade lashes, try your best not to get them wet. We recommend gently removing the glue after each use, using our lash tweezers. Try not to use mascara or beauty products on the lashes, as this will reduce the amount of wear you get from them.
Is your lash adhesive suitable for sensitive skin?

Our lash adhesive is gentle to the skin, It is latex-free, formaldehyde-free, paraben and phthalate free, hypoallergenic and waterproof. We recommend trying a little on the back of your ear first to test if you’re unsure. For those who are sensitive we would highly recommend to perform a patch test 24 hours prior to usage. (patch test a small amount of the adhesive on the back of your ear and leave for 24 hours, if not reaction has occurred then continue to use).
