SHIPPING & RETURNS
The time frame for delivery is divided into several parts: Processing time, order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 1-2 business working days after your order is placed. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail signed for 2nd Class and the cost is £3.50 for packages up to 2kg. Delivery takes 2-3 days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to hygiene reasons our products are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the incorrect product has been dispatched. If you receive a damaged item or in the unlikely event that a wrong item is sent, immediately contact us within 24 hours and send us a picture of your shipment package as well as the items that arrived to firstname.lastname@example.org. By referencing the ‘product’ we mean the lashes and not the packaging i.e. the eyelash box.
If the lashes are damaged we will accept the return and we will be happy to replace the product without any extra cost or we will be happy to issue a full refund. In the unlikely event that our customers receive the wrong product, Cosmetic Desire will be happy to accept the return and send the correct product free of charge once we have received the incorrect product back. We can only replace the incorrect product once our customers have returned it. The product must be returned unused for a replacement.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless your return is the result of an error on our part.
As our lashes are handmade there may be slight differences, although not very noticeable, giving each lash a unique appearance adding to the natural lash appearance.
Cosmetic Desire do not allow exchanges once you have received the product, We may allow changes in your order within 24 hours of placing your order.
